1. Description:
800mm Four-high two-stand tandem cold rolling mill
The machine is composed of decoiler, main frame, front and rear guide device, transmission base, hydraulic system, electronic control system and other parts. 2. Main function:
The series of units are suitable for the intermediate and finishing rolling of plain carbon steel, alloy steel, copper, aluminum and stainless steel sheet and strip, and the finished products, with high rolling precision, fast speed, stable tension and many other advantages.
3. Work process:
Loading→ decoiling → shearing → welding (welding machine provied by the user) → floor-type storage looper → vertical roller guide →F1 four-high mill (thickness measurement and tension measurement) →F2 four-high mill (tension measurement and speed measurement) → exit platform (de-oiling and thickness measurement) → shearing → coiling machine → unloading.
